Pet Policy

As per the Gas Act, LPG suppliers require clear access to the installation and due to recent dog attacks on our drivers we will no longer be entering the yard with dog/dogs (big, small, friendly or not) present.

As the combined weight of a full cylinder and trolley is approximately 100kg, we would also hate for your dog to be accidentally stepped on or tripped over.

Therefore, to ensure the safety of our staff and your dog’s when we attend the property it is a requirement that your dog is in a separate area to your gas installation. Any gates between the installation and the truck will also be left open whilst delivering in case of an emergency. He will close/lock the gate once he is done. An automated text message is sent at 3pm the day prior to delivery as a reminder that delivery is taking place the next day. If delivery is not able to take place, he will leave a card, and the delivery will have to be rescheduled.
